Some pretty things to brighten this gloomy day. Top and bottom image from Simply Natural a lovely new blog I came across yesterday. Middle image from Eva Lindh.

It was sooo cold here last night! I'm guessing winter is on it's way. Looking forward to getting some new pj's to snuggle into.

We're having beautiful sunny but crisp Autumn weather over here. Would love to be out enjoying some Autumn colours outside today - up in the tress, or out in a field... Top and bottom image by Liz Ham via Coco & Kelley, middle image from this lovely photostream.

Came across some lovely packaging I hadn't seen from MOR while out and about today including some pretty patterns on reusable bamboo containers and dispensers. I think the intricate soap in the bamboo container is my favourite, what a nice little trinket box it would make once the soap is gone...

Where the Wild Things Are was one of my favourites as a child. Looking forward to seeing the film, the stills look beautiful. Here's hoping it lives up to the book...

It's starting to get colder here! My thoughts are turning to woollen things, hot chocolates and snuggly blankets...

Love this photostream from a very talented young lady... Beautiful, dreamy and whimsical. Do take a look.
Love this print of the Paris flower markets by Kari Herer Photography. Anemones and chalk. Two of my favourite things.

Wow. These are just a small snippet of some seriously beautiful images from Ryan and Randall Dagooc of MangoRed. The details, the colours, the soulful perspective... Perfect. Everything photography should be. You must take a look at their portfolio.

Let us go then, you and I, when the evening is spread out against the sky...
A line from one of my favourite poems, The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock, T.S Eliot. Hope your weekend holds some adventure.

Got my Toast house & home catalogue in the letterbox yesterday... So many beautiful things! And the printed pages of their books are always so lovely to touch. Now I'm thinking about this little collection of linen, blankets and towels... SO many I would like to own...

Love these images from Nygards Anna, found here.
Love these vintage and industrial pieces worked into the home of stylist Annie McClure. From Moodboard.

Ohhhh I want these! I don't care if it will be winter here soon. The Frye Company has some really, really beautiful shoes, flats and sandals. The colours, the detail, the quality... perfect... I'm searching to see if they will deliver to Australia now...
Found on mer mag.
Loving this look at the moment...
From Lee Mathews.

Happy Easter everyone, hope you have a wonderful few days rest. Think I might try and make these chocolate-filled easter egg cookies by Donna Hay tomorrow.

Beautiful spaces from one of my favourite stylists, Atanta Bartlett. I needed something calm and peaceful for today.

I think I could live at Dandelion Ranch. Really love the simple, casual arrangements and beautiful styling. Spotted over at the wonderful 100 Layer Cake.
The Donna Hay General Store opened in Sydney last week, has anyone been yet? Can't wait to see what's in store!

Some nice things from Tiger & Peacock by Amiee McCallum, visual merchandising manager at the wonderful Husk store.
Hello Autumn! Love the new winter collection from Counrty Road...

This sudden onset of Autumn weather around here has had me thinking in shades of green and olive. Love this simple, beautiful garden setting for an outdoor celebration. Image from Mint Photography.
Lots of production happening today! Image from the wonderful Twig Hutchinson.
Would love to have (or make) one of these gorgeous driftwood wreaths for the entrance to our apartment. At the moment we have a very plain glass door. I'm always on the lookout for driftwood, but for some reason, there's none to be found around here! Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places...
