
The rose sherbet signature we had at our wedding would have to be one of the most beautiful drinks I have ever had - and certainly went down well with all our guests! I have had so many requests for the recipe, so here it is...
In a blender, mix 1 cup of chilled water, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoons of caster sugar, 1 teaspoon of rosewater, a few drops of pink food colouring and 1 cup of ice cubes... and that's it! Mixes beautifully with champagne too!
